This buffs the caster with 16th Night status. For the duration of the skill, fixed cast time is reduced by 100%, and variable cast time is reduced by 50%. The variable cast reduction stacks multiplicatively with variable cast reduction from other sources (ex, [[Magic Strings]] and [[Malangdo Enchants]]). This may also add Magic Attack; one source states 125 matk at level 5, however observed damage is not consistent with this. This has a 60 second cooldown.<br />
