Although usually scrolls are expended when used, there is an exception: a [[TaeKwon_Kid|Taekwon]]-class character in [[TaeKwon_Kid#Happiness status|Happiness]] status can lower the chance of an [[Earth_Spike|Earth Spike]] (Either level 3 or 5) scroll actually burning up to as low as 1% per use by raising his or her [[Happy_Break|Happy Break]] skill. However, using a scroll in such way expends 10 [[SP]].<br />
*Additional note: the scroll is consumed when you use it, not when you actually select a target and use the spell. Don't mash your activation hotkey.<br />
