Getting mechanic enchantable gears:
Mass Charleston in [[Verus]] (69, 108) will accept 10 {{Item List|id=6752|item=Charleston Components|simple=yes}} for a piece of the Upgrade or Supplementary equipment sets. You can choose which part from which set to obtain (Garment, Footgear, or Accessory). The armor pieces can be purchased from Mass Charleston (63, 112) for 3,999,999 zeny each.

Enchanting Mechanic Gears:
The process is similar to [[Mora Enchants]], but instead of using Mora Coins, Charleston Components are used. Enchanting requires 1 Charleston Component and 100,000 zeny per attempt. Enchantments can also be reset using 1 Charleston Component and 100,000 zeny. A total of 3 enchantments per piece of equipment is possible (2 for the accessories), and the rates are assumed to be the same as [[Mora Enchants]] (100% success rate for the 4th slot, 40-60% success rate for 3rd slot - reset enchants upon failure, 30-50% success rate for 2nd slot - reset or break gear upon failure at approximately the same rate).
