== Notes ==
*Spell Breaker can only be used on other players in [[town]]s and [[PvP]] environment.
*When used against other players Spell Breaker ignores the Phen Card's effect which usually makes spell casting uninterruptible.
*Spell Breaker can interrupt skills from [[Boss]] and Guardian monsters, although the chance of success is reduced to just 10%.
*When successful, Spell Breaker level 5 can damage any target, including Guardians and [[Boss]] type monsters.
