Release Ninja Spell (Alt: Technique Kaihou) is an Expanded 2nd class offensive skill available as Kagerou and Oboro.
Effect
Consumes all of your charms, and deals MATK*(200*number of charms)*(Base Level / 100)%. The element of the damage inflicted is that of the charms used.

- Players have reported that this skill ignores Golden Thief Bug Card effect. Needs confirmation;
