Oratio (Alt: Oratio) is a 3rd class active skill available as Arch Bishop.
Effect
Attempts to place a debuff on all enemies in a 31x31 area around the user that decreases resistance to the Holy property. The success rate is calculated individually for each target.

Notes
- This skill affects all monsters, including Boss monsters.

- This skill is useful for revealing the presence and location of concealed enemies in castles during sieges.
