Turn Undead
Description
This skill can only be used on Undead property monsters. It can be used on Boss monsters, but it will only deal damage through the "fail" calculation. Has a chance to deal holy damage equal to the current HP of the target.

The following increase success chance:
- Each base level: +0.1%
- Each point of INT: +0.1%
- Each point of LUK: +0.1%
- +0-20% depending on percentage of monster's HP remaining
Success rate is capped at 70%.

Examples
A 98 Priest with 99 + 15 = 114 INT (from level 10 Blessing and Job Bonus), 1 + 37 = 38 LUK (from Gloria and Job Bonus) and Turn Undead Level 3, casting Turn Undead on a Wraith Dead with a remaining 32265 out of 43021 HP (75% HP left) will have a success chance of:
[(3 * 20) + 38 + 114 + 98 + (1 - 32265 / 43021) * 200] / 10 % =
[ 60 + 38 + 114 + 98 + (1 - 0.75 ) * 200] / 10 % =
[ 60 + 38 + 114 + 98 + 50 ] / 10 % =
36% chance for Turn Undead to be successful
If the skill fails it will do damage according to this formula:
[98 + 114 + 3 * 10] * (Undead element level modifier) =
[98 + 114 + 30] * 2 =
484 damage done to the enemy
