- added some missing files
Server:
- Updated Dispell to don't affect Raising Dragon anymore (reboot needed)
- Masquerade Weakness fixed (reboot needed)

So, leider musste ich die Shoutbox mal neu installieren, um nen Bug zu fixen... langfristig wird wohl mal wieder ein Foren- Upgrade nötig ^^"
