- rewrite status_calc_mode to support MD_NONE mode.
-this also fixes some issues with monsters spawned trough item scripts. - fixed and re-enabled Questboard

So, leider musste ich die Shoutbox mal neu installieren, um nen Bug zu fixen... langfristig wird wohl mal wieder ein Foren- Upgrade nötig ^^"
