Effect

Summon a cloud of poison on a targeted location that will inflict Poison property magic damage three times per second to all enemies within the Area of Effect and leave them poisoned. A maximum of one cloud can be summoned at the same time, the next one will cancel the last one. Each cast consumes 2 Red Gemstones.
